Bio Diesel Processor from Yorkshire Green Fuels

Our bio diesel processor is delivered ready assembled, consisting of a 180 litre metal drum with a removable lid for filling with raw vegetable oil, purchased in bulk from cash and carry, supermarkets or specialist suppliers. It requires a 5 amp electricity supply.

A heating unit warms the oil to the required temperature, taking about 1 hour for a full 160 litre load. It will not overheat. An electric pump circulates the oil while it is heated and during the processing. When the oil is heated, methanol and caustic soda are added according to the instructions provided and mixed, using the pump, until the process is complete. The pump has a two way valve, with an outlet for pumping the bio diesel out into your waiting containers - a short length of hose will suffice.

The package includes everything you need to produce your own supply of Bio Diesel:‑ Bio Diesel Processor Safety Certificate Instructions Accessories:- Ph Chart, Funnel, Scales, Thermometer Protective Clothing:- Gloves, Masks, Goggles and Overalls.

The processor you will buy will be of the same standards of design and construction as those that have withstood the rigours of our own bulk production, 5 days per week for 2 years. We guarantee our processors against faults in manufacture, with a 'replace with new' policy within the first 28 days and repair under warranty up to 12 months from purchase.

This is subject to acceptable fair wear and tear, and assumes reasonable maintenance by the user with regard to cleaning and the use of materials as shown in the accompanying instructions.

We deliver anywhere on the UK Mainland for £35.00. Customers from offshore addresses should contact us as below prior to purchase for specific delivery arrangements. You may also arrange in advance to collect your processor in person from our premises.
